For over a decade, Emmanuelle Boucher has been a key presence in Quebec’s music scene. In 2021, she fully embraced her passion for country music, a turning point marked by the release of her self-titled album. The project stood out on several charts thanks to standout singles like “Cowboy,” “Camping pin vert,” “Classique,” and “Avec toi”, Since then, Emmanuelle’s profile has steadily grown across the province. She appeared on Tout simplement Country alongside Guylaine Tanguay, performed at major festivals such as LASSO and Festival Western de St-Tite, and took the stage at the Capitole de Québec in the Crazy Country revue.
In 2023, she released Country Queb, a five-track EP that reimagines Quebec classics and pays homage to her musical roots. The project includes a heartfelt nod to her idol Marjo with “Amoureuse,” and a duet with rock legend Breen Leboeuf on “Deux autres bières.”
Now gearing up for the release of her new album Ma Route—due in fall 2025—Emmanuelle has already introduced four promising singles: “Lendemain de veille,” a collaboration with rising star Justin Legacy, “Mieux à deux,” written by Cory Marks and Craig Brooks, “Sous le même vent”, and “Soleil Rosé”, a refreshing female-led track with Léa Jarry and Megane Lebel, now in rotation on Rythme FM.
Recently nominated for Female Artist of the Year at the Gala Country, Emmanuelle Boucher is quickly establishing herself as one of the most exciting new voices in Canadian country music. One thing is clear: she’s just getting started.
